Initial  60 Day Guarantee: If the employee departs due to either poor performance or of their own volition during the first 60 days, we will try to find a replacement within 60 days. If a replacement that is acceptable to the client is not found within 60 days, the initial placement fee will promptly be refunded in full

Meet Gary

Gary Pasek has helped hundreds of organizations find, interview, and hire highly qualified Military-Skilled candidates. Originally from Minnesota, Gary graduated from the US Navy with a bachelor’s degree in IT and Submarine technology. He has over 25 years of IT recruiting experience. Gary entered the Military in 1987 serving in both the Army and the Navy and served 8 years on active duty. He then entered the IT recruiting space, quickly becoming a top producer at several companies focusing on IT recruiting and Veterans Hiring firms. In 2023 Gary founded Elite Recruiting Associates, LLC in search of a more interpersonal way of doing business and proving the recruitment of IT specializations has to be made better.
